Karissa Raposa is a proud New Bedford native and a graduate of New Bedford Regional Vocational Technical High School, Class of 2007. For more than a decade she has shared her love of the arts as a dance teacher, helping students build both skill and confidence. Her journey with OSS began as a parent, where she quickly connected with the school’s mission and community. Inspired by that experience, Karissa joined the OSS Creative Suite Team to contribute her talents and passion.

Outside of OSS, Karissa enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, exploring local trails, hiking, and expressing her creativity through crafts and crochet.
