Liz Sangiolo joined OSS in 2022 teaching grades 7th and 8th Science as well as organizing on- and off-campus Summer experiences as the Summer Program Administrator. She graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2022 with her B.S. in Earth Sciences and minor in Childhood Studies.
Throughout her undergraduate career, Liz worked for BSU’s Center for the Advancement of STEM Education (CASE) as an Outreach Educator & Lab Assistant. There, she expanded her knowledge of STEM education by mentoring visiting middle school students in lab classrooms on campus, where they used college-level equipment to complete STEM lessons and activities.
Liz also organized and held science after school programs through CASE where she traveled to local elementary schools for 4th and 5th grade students. Outside of the classroom, Liz enjoys going on hikes, tap dancing at her local studio, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
