Amy Duffell
Director of Advancement
Amy joined OSS as Director of Advancement in 2025 and brings over 20 years of non-profit fundraising experience to the role.
A native of Massachusetts and raised in a family of educators, Amy has always been a firm believer in the power of education and the importance of community.
Her career in the non-profit world has been ground at educational institutions including Boston University, the University of Rhode Island, Tabor Academy and most recently, the Rhode Island School of Design.
Amy holds a B.A. in French from Middlebury College and a M.Ed. from Boston University. She is a lover of languages and culture, enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach in all seasons, and most importantly, spending time with her family. Amy was drawn to OSS, its mission, and is thrilled to be part of the team.
